Technical Details
The system's core strength lies in its patented node point: a rosette-shaped cup fixed to the standard at 500mm or 600mm intervals. Ledgers and transoms are secured with a unique drop-forged blade and a single, hammer-driven wedge pin. This creates a rigid, moment-resistant connection that is both quick to assemble and incredibly robust. Our components are manufactured from high-tensile S355 steel and undergo a full hot-dip galvanization process, ensuring they withstand harsh site conditions for years.

Technical Specifications
The cuplock system utilizes a carefully selected range of ledger sizes to meet the varied demands of grids used in general support of formwork, many of these can also be used for access structures. each has forged blade(or pressed blade)ends with the minimum projection to resist site damage.

They are used where scaffold boards require intermediate support between the span of two ledgers, they have an integral locking device to prevent movement during use.
Each brace has swivel blade ends to allow for easy location within the node joint. As only one blade end can be located in each joint, parallel bracing is employed.
